What to avoid?

Avoid sending messages such as these:

  1. Salam. How are you?
  2. Hi. I have a question. Can you help me?
  3. Hello. I am waiting since 27 April no up date please let me know what should I do?
  4. When will I get my medical exam?

What to write?

A sample message could be like:
